Francesco utilises a range of psychological therapies in his work with older adolescents, young adults and adults. He is committed to working with clients in a respectful and creative manner to assist them with their unique concerns. Francesco aims to build on existing client strengths, develop skills and harness client values throughout the therapeutic process.

His Approach
Francesco utilises a range of psychological therapies, developing a positive therapeutic relationship to assist clients with their unique concerns. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) plus mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and positive Psychology orientations are used to assist clients. Francesco typically works with older adolescents, young adults and adult clients.
Francesco has interests working with clients in regard to various anxiety anxiety concerns, for example social anxiety, generalised anxiety and phobias. Further, he has interest assisting clients with workplace concerns, career counselling, life change and existential concerns. Francesco also has a particular interest working with clients in regard to sexual health concerns. In addition to holding a Master of Professional Psychology from Monash University, he is currently enrolled in a Master of sexual health at Sydney University. He is therefore interested in assisting clients in regard to couples counselling and sexual dysfunction.
