Franco is registered as a Psychologist and an accredited Executive and Organizational coach. He has extensive Executive experience working in the Victoria Public Sector.

Franco adopts a client-centered approach driven by a client’s specific presenting issues and goals for therapy.
Franco utilises a range of psychological approaches, developing a positive therapeutic relationship to assist clients with their unique concerns. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) plus mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Schema Therapy (ST), Solution focused therapy (SFT) and brief interventions approaches are used to assist clients. Franco typically works with a range of clients – individuals, couples and groups.
Franco works with clients who are dealing with depression, addiction, and various anxiety concerns, for example social anxiety, generalised anxiety, obsessive compulsive behaviour, health anxiety and phobias. Further, he has interest assisting clients with workplace concerns, career counselling, life change and existential concerns.
Franco has extensive corporate executive experience working in the Victorian Public Sector for over twenty years. This experience provides him a unique understanding in helping clients who are experiencing ‘career stuckness’ or are in transition or want to accelerate their performance in the workplace.
As a member of the Australian and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA), he has expertise in fertility counselling. One in six couples have fertility issues and experience intense feelings and an unusual amount of stress before, during or after treatment. Franco provides a comprehensive approach to helping clients cope as effectively as possible during these times. This has included helping clients explore and normalise their feelings, identify coping strategies, strengths and support networks and to feel better about themselves during their fertility treatment.
Franco also facilitates a range of group programs on the following topics: building resilience, anger management, assertiveness, better managing perfectionism and stress management.
