Michele Wilesmith is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) who provides psychological counselling and support for children/teenagers/adolescents/young adults (14-17 years) and adults (18 years or older). She believes that clients are the experts in their own lives, and she is passionate about helping people find solutions on their own terms.

Michele has worked across both the public and private sectors supporting individuals and their families to achieve their goals. She enjoys working with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, depression, trauma, and stress.

Michele utilises an eclectic style of therapy, drawing from a range of interventions that are backed by evidence whilst being tailored specifically to the client’s individual needs. She provides a warm, safe, and friendly space which allows clients to feel at ease during the counselling process. Michele adopts a person-centred approach, focusing on empowering clients to drive their own change and supporting them to live rich and meaningful lives.
