John Vilianiotis is an AHPRA registered psychologist, bringing over 30 years’ experience in private practice as well as the corporate / business sector. He brings experience running businesses, as a Principal Consultant in Organisational Psychology Practices, and as a General Manager. John has worked extensively nationally and internationally.

John has worked extensively as a psychologist in private practice as an allied health professional under the governments Better Access Initiative providing mental health services. He has also worked extensively as an EAP psychologist providing counselling and critical incident responses to employees across all roles and industries. John has experience in trauma response and support for major emergency and incident responses working alongside first responders on location. Additionally, John brings experience in developing and delivering a broad suite of mental health, performance and wellbeing training and programs for organisations.

John has worked extensively as career advisor, leadership and executive coach. He is accredited in a suite of psychometric assessment tools and methodologies – including personality inventories, leadership assessments, cognitive abilities assessments, interests, drivers and values assessments.
