Lynne is a Registered Psychologist who provides a warm, practical and supportive approach to therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their unique experiences and develop strategies to help them navigate challenges, build resilience and improve overall wellbeing. Lynne is known for her calm, grounded presence and her ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore difficult emotions and situations.

Lynne has experience working with individuals and families across a range of mental health and life challenges, including anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties and workplace concerns. She has extensive experience in crisis intervention supporting individuals experiencing acute emotional distress and suicidal ideation.

In addition to her clinical work, Lynne brings a strong background in organisational psychology and executive leadership. Having held senior leadership roles, she has deep insight into workplace dynamics, leadership pressures and the impact of organisational change, allowing her to effectively support clients navigating professional and personal challenges.

Lynne also contributes to community wellbeing through her ongoing volunteer work with Lifeline, including crisis counselling and disaster recovery support.
